Global Unity JOIN OUR BAKING TEAM Are you a qualified and experienced Baker looking for your next opportunity in Victoria We are seeking passionate, reliable and skilled bakers to join our growing team.

What we’re looking for: Checking the cleanliness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods Preparing pastry fillings Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and pastry products Glazing buns and pastries, and decorating cakes with cream and icing Operating machines which roll and mould dough and cut biscuits Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented attitude Related baking qualification will be advantaged What we offer: Competitive salary: Above $80,000.00 Full-time employment opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunities for career development Sponsorship available for right candidates To be successful in this position, formal baking qualifications are required and baking experience with commercial baking company in advantage.

Further to this, the successful candidate must be flexible and able to work a rotating roster.   You will be a reliable and self-motivated team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent time management and organisational skills.   Pay:  AU$80,000.00 – AU$85,000.00 per year
