We’ve built one of Australia’s largest privately owned personal training facilities off in‑person sales. Now we need a sales manager who lives for targets, coaching reps, and owning the number.

You’ll run the floor, drive the team, and be measured on one thing: growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the sales number: set daily/weekly targets, track performance, and hit revenue goals across multiple sites

• Lead and coach a team of in-person consultants: daily huddles, role-plays, objection handling, and accountability

• Optimise the pipeline: maximise show rates, speed to lead, and follow-up quality through our CRM, text, and phone

• Run the room: jump into key in-studio consultations, close higher-value deals, and model world-class sales behaviour

• Build and refine the system: tighten scripts, refine KPIs, and report performance directly to ownership

• Partner with marketing: give feedback on lead quality and campaigns to keep the calendar full of buyers

WHAT YOU BRING

• Track record leading a small sales team (fitness, retail, or face-to-face sales) with clear KPI ownership

• You can both sell and coach selling: scripts, role-play, and brutal but supportive feedback are your norm

• You think in numbers: show rate, close rate, revenue per consult, and daily activity are your scoreboard

• High urgency and high standards: you like targets, hate excuses, and are happy being judged on results

• Availability when buyers buy: typically Mon–Fri split shifts (mornings & afternoons / evenings), some Saturdays as needed

• $100,000 - $130,000 base salary + uncapped team overrides and personal commission (realistic OTE $150K+ when targets are hit)
