We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter to join a growing residential construction team working across projects throughout Western Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled Carpenter looking for consistent work, good rates and genuine career progression, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position after an initial 12-week casual period.

The Role
You’ll be working across residential construction projects, completing a range of carpentry duties including:

• Timber framing and structural carpentry
• First and second fix carpentry
• Lock-up and fix
• Doors, skirting, architraves and general installation
• Reading and working from construction plans
• General residential carpentry and finishing works
• Maintaining a safe, clean and productive worksite

What We're Looking For

• Trade Qualified Carpenter or strong equivalent experience
• Previous experience in residential construction
• Strong framing and general carpentry skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Own tools and reliable transport
• White Card
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
