Billbergia’s in-house legal team works closely with other departments to support the entire development cycle from acquisition, planning, design, construction, finance, sales, marketing and asset management.

About the role

·       Reporting to Head of Legal

·       Based at Rhodes NSW - 5 minutes walk from Rhodes station and free on-site parking

·       Work in a friendly team with great company culture

·       Full-time

Your responsibilities will include advising on or assisting with:

·       project delivery and joint venture agreements, put and call options and sale contracts

·       titling advice for acquisitions and development  

·       retail, commercial and residential leasing

·       off the plan sales and marketing

·       agency agreements

·       consultant agreements and construction contracts

·       heads of agreements / term sheets

·       confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements

·       working with external law firms

You may also assist with finance, planning, dispute and other matters from time to time depending on your experience and interest.

About you

·       4 to 7 years post-admission legal experience

·       Law degree and current practising certificate.

·       Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities

·       Excellent attention to detail

·       Adaptable, proactive and collaborative
