Property Mananger

About the role

You will manage the daily operations of a residential rent roll while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. This is a permanent part-time role (5 hours per day, 5 days per week), with a clear pathway to full-time as the portfolio grows.

Key responsibilities

• Managing tenant and owner enquiries

• Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades

• Lease renewals and rent reviews

• Processing tenant applications

• Preparing tenancy agreements (Form 18a)

• Preparing Form 6 agreements for new owners

• Conducting rental appraisals

• Conducting entry, routine and exit inspections

• Open homes for rental properties

• Lodging work orders and entering invoices

About you

• Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson or Property Manager Licence

• Current Driver's Licence

• Previous property management experience

• Strong understanding of REIQ documentation

• Experience preparing Form 18a agreements

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Good Computer skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

• Experience using PropertyMe software or other property management software an advantage

• Previous Experience doing Trust accounting would be an advantage
