Risk Transformation Partner (12-month secondment)

Your Opportunity

Ready to help shape how risk supports better decisions across Tabcorp? We're seeking a Risk Transformation Partner to join us on a 12-month secondment working across the business to deliver initiatives that strengthen risk capability, governance and organisational effectiveness.

Sitting across Risk, Technology, Transformation and business teams, you'll build broad relationships, solve complex problems and help turn transformation priorities into practical, lasting improvements.

Your Role, Your Impact

Reporting to the Head of Risk Transformation, you'll join the team on a 12-month secondment and support the delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen how risk is understood, managed and embedded across Tabcorp. You will:

• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen risk practices and capability
• Support delivery of enterprise risk transformation initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
• Coordinate delivery across multiple projects and workstreams
• Support governance reporting and executive updates
• Track milestones, risks, issues and delivery progress

What You'll Need to Succeed

You're a collaborative and commercially minded professional who can bring structure and momentum to complex initiatives. You'll be comfortable working across different stakeholder groups, building trusted relationships and turning complex challenges into practical outcomes. You'll bring:

• Experience supporting transformation, change or capability uplift initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability
• Experience coordinating projects, workstreams and competing priorities
• The ability to simplify complex issues and develop practical solutions
• Experience within risk, governance, transformation or project environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
