Now, Regal is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large civil projects in Western Sydney.

Located within one of Western Sydney's major growth corridors, this opportunity offers involvement in a substantial, multi-year project environment while contributing to Regal's continued growth across the region.

Working within a well-established project delivery team, you'll be supported by experienced Project Managers and operational leaders across the Sydney business. With capabilities spanning design, construction and maintenance, Regal delivers integrated civil infrastructure solutions across underground services, utilities, public domain, community infrastructure and complex above-ground construction for government and private-sector clients.

As our Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead the delivery of complex civil infrastructure works, including underground services, utilities, associated civil works and above-ground construction.
• Manage project planning and delivery, ensuring successful outcomes across safety, quality, program, cost and risk.
• Work collaboratively with project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Operate primarily from the project site office while maintaining strong engagement with Regal's Western Sydney and broader Sydney operations.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that support current and future project opportunities.

We would love to hear from you if:

• Qualifications in Civil Construction or a related discipline.
• Significant experience delivering civil construction or commercial landscaping projects.
• A current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
• A proven track record delivering complex projects with strong commercial outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to lead and mentor teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Sound knowledge of project management across safety, quality, cost, program and risk.
• A proactive, organised and accountable approach with strong decision-making skills.
• Experience managing civil infrastructure projects involving underground services, utilities and associated construction works.
• The ability to work effectively within a collaborative, project-based environment.
