Showroom Sales Consultant — Bathrooms & Tapware

About the role

Sales Consultant at Sydney Tap and Bathroomware, a boutique, family-owned showroom in Mascot. You'll work closely with customers, helping them design beautiful, functional bathrooms using a consultative approach with genuine advice and great service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and guide them with warmth and professionalism

• Take a consultative approach — listening, advising, and building trust

• Prepare quotes and manage orders using showroom systems

• Learn about premium product ranges and become a trusted expert

• Keep the showroom organised, stylish, and customer-ready

• Collaborate with a supportive, people-focused team

About you

• Previous retail or showroom experience (bathrooms, interiors, homewares, or renovation-related)

• Strong customer service skills and a consultative approach

• Approachable, professional, and confident without being pushy

• Comfortable using computer systems for quotes and orders

• Enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and helping people achieve their design goals

• Willingness to learn and grow in a creative, boutique environment
