About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity within our Warranty Service Administration Team as a Customer Service Representative, this role is based in North Lakes, QLD. 
This role requires you to provide customer support to consumers, service agents and contractors regarding warranty. We are looking for empathic representatives who have great attention to detail. This role is a part time position and available working hours are 10.30am - 2.30pm.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer support via phone and email relating to MHIAA air conditioning products.
• Assist with general technical advice, basic troubleshooting, and raise tickets and invoices. 
• Explain processes to consumers, service agents and contractors regarding warranty.
• Processing consumer warranty requests, ensuring all required information is provided. 
• Liaising with the relevant stakeholders to prioritise urgent repairs.
• End-to-end ownership of Warranty Repairs process

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous phone-based customer service experience (warranty experience highly regarded)
• Have high level office administration skills (including MS Office products)
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organisational skills and able to prioritise.
• Effective communication skills and ability to empathise. 
• Able to manage high-volume calls in peak seasons.
