We're looking for a Promotions & Experience Assistant to join our high-performing OM Content team.The Promotions & Experience Assistant supports the Promotions & Experiences team in the delivery of campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. This entry-level role provides essential operational and administrative support across promotions, activations, events and experiential campaigns, helping to ensure projects are well organised, compliant and delivered accurately and on time. 

Working closely with the Promotions & Experience Executive and Manager, the Assistant plays an important role in the day-to-day coordination of campaigns, supporting administration, compliance, reporting, campaign logistics and stakeholder communication. 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in promotions and experiential marketing within a fast-paced, collaborative team. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support campaign setup and administrative requirements across active projects.  
• Maintain campaign documentation, trackers and project records.  
• Assist with campaign data entry and reporting activities.  
• Support campaign timelines and status reporting. 
• Support end-to-end competition administration, including competition draws, winner validation and notification, prize fulfilment and shipping, record keeping, and supplier coordination. 
• Assist with meeting preparation and administration.  
• Participate in team planning sessions and brainstorms.  
• Maintain a positive and collaborative team approach.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.  
• Excellent attention to detail.  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite.  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.  
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of assigned tasks. 
• Experience in administration, events, promotions, marketing or agency environments advantageous.
