St Albans Hospitality is home to some of Brisbane’s most recognised dining destinations, including Hellenika, SK Steak & Oyster and Sushi Room, located in the heart of James Street within The Calile Hotel precinct.

We’re looking for an experienced Reservations Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be the friendly voice behind our reservations, connecting with guests, managing bookings and working closely with our venue teams to make every dining experience start on the right note.

This is a busy, social and fast-paced role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives on organisation and enjoys finding a way to make things happen.

About Your Role

• Manage reservations, calls, emails and guest enquiries across our venues, providing warm and professional service every time.

• Maximise bookings and venue capacity, including managing waitlists, cancellations, special requests and those tricky last-minute reservations.

• Review daily bookings, guest notes and seating requirements, working closely with venue teams to ensure a smooth service.

• Build strong knowledge of our venues and experiences, confidently recommending and cross promoting the perfect option for our guests.

• Maintain accurate guest information in SevenRooms and support our venues with hosting and operational requirements when needed.

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in reservations, hosting, guest services, administration or a similar hospitality role.

• A warm, engaging and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities.

• A natural problem solver who can think on their feet, stay calm when it gets busy and find solutions for guests.

• Experience with SevenRooms and H&L is highly regarded, along with flexibility to work across a seven-day roster and full Australian working rights.
