The menu centres on local ingredients from land and sea, with produce-led dishes that are simple in approach yet precise in execution - humble, but elevated. About the Role

We are looking for Reservations & Events Coordinators to join our team. These unusual positions will see you working on reservations, event sales and coordination, administration and supporting venue day-to-day operations. Most importantly, you'll ensure exceptional guest experiences. Your home base will be one of the Trader House venues, but you'll gain experience and have opportunities to contribute across the group.
