The Role: 

• Work closely with experienced Partners 

• gain exposure to premium clients 

• be supported to transition into equity and long-term leadership within the firm 

• Manage and grow high-value client relationships  

• Deliver advanced tax planning and business advisory services  

• Work across complex entity structures and multi-entity groups  

• Contribute to strategic decision-making alongside Partners  

• Use modern tools and systems to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes  

• Participate in ongoing technical development and leadership mentoring  

• Play an active role in shaping client strategy and firm direction  

• Work with clients across a broad range of industries including motor vehicle trades, share trading, primary production, stud horse operations, cattle stations and foreign-owned entities 

About You: 

• Minimum 6+ years’ Australian public practice experience  

• Strong background in tax and business services advisory  

• Experience in Big 4, mid-tier or firms with complex/high-net-worth clients  

• CA qualified (essential for partnership pathway)  

• Strong technical tax capability across complex structures  

• Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills  

• Stable career history with long-term commitment mindset  

• Ambition to progress into leadership and partnership
