Commercial Flooring Installer

About the role

FloorVision is looking for a Full Time Casual Commercial Flooring Installer to join our expanding team!

Willing to pay higher rates than advertised for qualified flooring installers with the right experience.

You'll be working on commercial sites across Perth, installing carpet, vinyl, and floor preparation.

Work autonomously & in a team of like minded flooring installers.

What you'll be doing

• Trade qualification or solid hands on experience in commercial flooring including Commercial Vinyl, Coved Vinyl, Vinyl Planks, Carpet Tiles

• Precisely measure, cut, and install a variety of flooring materials

• Prepare sub-floors by removing flooring, concrete grinding, self levelling etc

• Communicate with the team to ensure the successful completion of flooring installation projects

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process

What we're looking for

• Strong working knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques

• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and installation instructions

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Good communication and customer service skills

• A keen eye for aesthetics and design
