NexGen Floors are a family-owned commercial flooring installation company servicing North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

We have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining a fast-paced work ethic, and taking pride in every installation. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for experienced flooring installers and reliable laborers to join our team.

We are currently seeking full-time, part-time and casual team members.

If you're an experienced flooring installer who has been subcontracting and are looking for the stability and security of a wages position, we'd love to hear from you. Former subcontractors looking to return to wages are strongly encouraged to apply.

About You

Experienced Flooring Installers

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in flooring installation

• Experience installing commercial carpet and vinyl flooring

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

• The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills

A recognized flooring trade qualification is highly regarded; however, applicants with substantial industry experience are encouraged to apply.

Flooring Laborers

We're also looking for reliable laborers who are:

• Hard-working and eager to learn

• Physically fit and capable of manual work

• Reliable and motivated

• Willing to work in a fast-paced team environment

Previous flooring or construction experience is an advantage but not essential.

Essential Requirements

All applicants must have:

• Reliability and a strong work ethic

• Strong attention to detail

• Current White Card (Construction Industry Card)

• Current driver's license
