Flooring Installer / Floor Layer (Other Trades Experience Welcome)

We are looking for a dedicated flooring Installer for permanent, full-time work across our commercial projects.

You are either an experienced floor layer or a tradesperson with general construction experience looking to transition into flooring.

This role offers job security, consistent hours, car, tools, and the opportunity to boost your take-home pay with available overtime.

Your Day-to-Day Duties:

• Site Preparation: Grinding, floor leveling, and hardboard installation.

• Installation: Laying vinyl sheet, vinyl plank, and carpet tiles.

• Site Management: Working with a clean, safe work environment.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Experience: Flooring experience is ideal but any trade background welcome.

• Requirements: A valid driver's license, and full working rights in Australia.

• Earning Potential: Base hourly rate with overtime hours available and paid at penalty rates.

• Full time hours: Full time hours, paid even if there are no projects.
