About the role
The Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts receivable function for KTS, ensuring invoicing, payments and outstanding accounts are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Preparing and issuing customer invoices
Monitoring accounts receivable and outstanding balances
Following up overdue accounts in a professional and timely manner
Allocating and reconciling incoming payments
Maintaining accurate customer and account records
Responding to account and invoice enquiries
Completing regular account reconciliations
Assisting with debtor reporting and aged receivables
Liaising with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Maintaining accurate financial documentation and records
About you
Previous experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping or a similar finance role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Confidence communicating with customers regarding outstanding accounts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience using accounting or finance software
Good Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
The ability to work independently while also contributing to a supportive team environment
A professional and confidential approach when handling financial information
