Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts receivable function for KTS, ensuring invoicing, payments and outstanding accounts are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and issuing customer invoices

• Monitoring accounts receivable and outstanding balances

• Following up overdue accounts in a professional and timely manner

• Allocating and reconciling incoming payments

• Maintaining accurate customer and account records

• Responding to account and invoice enquiries

• Completing regular account reconciliations

• Assisting with debtor reporting and aged receivables

• Liaising with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

• Maintaining accurate financial documentation and records

About you

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping or a similar finance role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organisation and time-management skills

• Confidence communicating with customers regarding outstanding accounts

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience using accounting or finance software

• Good Microsoft Excel and general computer skills

• The ability to work independently while also contributing to a supportive team environment

• A professional and confidential approach when handling financial information
