The Role

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 properties
• Portfolio capped at 200
• Full end-to-end Property Management
• Supported by dedicated administration and leasing assistance
• No weekend work
• 1 day WFH after probation
• Work within a collaborative and supportive team
• Systems: PropertyMe, IRE & Inspection Express

What’s On Offer

• Up to $85K package, negotiable depending on experience
• No weekends
• 1 day WFH after probation
• Portfolio capped at 200
• Strong admin and leasing support
• 50% of renewal fees paid to you
• $1,500 KPI bonus based on arrears, renewals and routines at the end of each month

About You

• 2+ years’ Property Management experience
• Strong knowledge of residential property management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Current driver’s licence and reliable car
• A proactive and accountable approach
• The ability to confidently manage a portfolio while working with a support team
