About the Role

As the 2IC at DB Applecross, you will:

• Support the Practice Manager in the day-to-day running of the practice

• Assist with team leadership, coordination, and workflow management

• Provide high-quality clinical and administrative support

• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care

• Help create an efficient, positive, and welcoming environment for patients and staff

• Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the practice

Skills & Experience

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the dental industry

• Strong knowledge of dental practice operations

• Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) highly regarded

• Previous leadership, mentoring, or team coordination experience will be highly regarded
