About the RoleAs the 2IC at DB Applecross, you will:Support the Practice Manager in the day-to-day running of the practiceAssist with team leadership, coordination, and workflow managementProvide high-quality clinical and administrative supportDeliver exceptional customer service and patient careHelp create an efficient, positive, and welcoming environment for patients and staffContribute to the ongoing growth and success of the practice
Skills & ExperienceTo Be Successful, You Will Have:Minimum 2 years' experience in the dental industryStrong knowledge of dental practice operationsExcellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with Dental4Windows (D4W) highly regardedPrevious leadership, mentoring, or team coordination experience will be highly regarded
