You are an accomplished commercial leader who knows how to bring strategy, people and execution together.You will bring: A strong track record of success in capital equipment, medical technology, orthopaedics or another complex healthcare sales environment Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and elevate the performance of sales professionals Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles involving clinical, commercial and executive stakeholders Strong commercial judgement and confidence leading major negotiations A disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting and performance leadership Executive-level communication, influence and stakeholder management skills The resilience, curiosity and ambition required to build a new growth platform About ArthrexArthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in Orthopaedics.
