What’s the Role?
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and compassionate RTW Coordinator to join our Recovery Partners team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a meaningful difference every day.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
• Completing Pre-Employment Health Assessments for a diverse range of clients and industries.
• Delivering one-off assessments, such as ergonomic assessments and manual handling training.
• Preparing and submitting high-quality reports within agreed client SLAs.
• Ensuring 100% compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Working across varied office locations and workplace environments to meet client needs.
• Providing support to the Return to Work (RTW) team, including liaising with stakeholders, and assisting with Recover at Work Plans.
What You Bring:
• AHPRA Registration (Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist) or ESSA Accreditation (Exercise Physiologist or Exercise Scientist).
• A valid Australian Driver’s License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Return to Work Coordinator accreditation or willingness to obtain it.
