Restaurant Manager

Our restaurant is a well-established Japanese dining restaurant located in Yamanto, Queensland, dedicated to offering authentic Japanese/Asian cuisine and high-quality dining experiences to the local community.

We're looking for a passionate, truly outstanding Restaurant Manager to work on a full-time basis. Job duties include but not limited to: management of the operations of the restaurant, overseeing the team, rostering, financials and the execution of all policies, procedures, and systems, organising functions, delivering an exceptional experience for guests, developing relationships with corporate and local clientele.

Key skills we’re looking for:

· Relevant experience 3+ years managing teams in a similar profile operation

· Strong management and interpersonal skills

· Deliver exceptional service standards with outstanding attention to detail

· Outstanding knowledge of food, beverage, and all aspects of hospitality
