NONDA (IG @nonda.restaurant) is a fully licensed modern Japanese restaurant located in the vibrant Gasworks Plaza, Newstead. We offer unique modern Japanese cuisine in a relaxed casual dining atmosphere.

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team and help lead our growing venue.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop the FOH team

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and service

• Oversee rostering and labour costs

• Drive sales and guest satisfaction

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally

• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and venue operations

• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, with previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proven customer service excellence

• Ability to stay calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for hospitality and Japanese cuisine

• Problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
