About the Role:
This is a full-time restaurant manager position. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in leading our front-of-house team and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Ensure staff supervision, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle any customer concerns or complaints.
• Train and develop the front-of-house team, promoting a positive and engaged workplace culture.
• Staff scheduling, rostering, and payroll administration.
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including food and beverage operations.
• Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management tools.
• A passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
• High level of commitment & able to work friday&saturday nights
