Rescom Builders is a growing remedial construction company specialising in residential and commercial building rectification projects throughout NSW. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing a positive team environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team in the Illawarra region on a full-time, six-month contract, with the opportunity for the role to become ongoing for the right person.

About the Role

Working alongside our experienced site team, you will undertake a variety of remedial building works across multiple projects. This is a hands-on role suited to a tradesperson who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• General carpentry and remedial building works

• Timber and steel framing

• Cladding installation and replacement

• Installation of doors and windows

• Defect rectification and structural repairs

• Working from plans and specifications

• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised worksite

• Delivering high-quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• A qualified Carpenter with relevant industry experience

• Experienced in remedial construction (highly regarded)

• Skilled in framing, cladding, and door and window installation

• Motivated, energetic and reliable

• Committed to producing quality workmanship

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Safety-focused with excellent attention to detail

• Holds a current White Card and a valid driver's licence

• Competitive salary of $80,000 – $100,000 plus superannuation
