About the role
Join us from the very start as we open up our new cafe serving gourmet toasties and coffees. We're looking for a hands-on head Barista who can lead from the front, make consistently great coffee, support the team and jump into all areas of the cafe when needed. You will report to the cafe manager and will have front of house staff with you.
Key responsibilities
Ability to dial in espresso and ensure consistently high quality coffee and presentation
Manage workflow and service during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment is properly cared for
Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
About you
Prior experience in cafe roles
No criminal record
