Want a role where you can make an impact?

Blitz is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, commercially minded person to help build our Port Macquarie business. This fast-paced, cross-functional role combines trade sales, business development, customer service and branch operations. You’ll build customer relationships, convert opportunities into sales, prepare quotes and orders, solve problems and work closely with the warehouse team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Converting enquiries, quotes and walk-in opportunities into sales
• Following up customers and outstanding quotes
• Identifying new trade accounts and growing existing customer relationships
• Preparing accurate quotes, orders and customer solutions
• Providing practical product advice and excellent customer service
• Coordinating orders, pickups and deliveries with the warehouse
• Supporting stock, fulfilment and branch operations when required
• Promoting products, campaigns and trade offers
• Identifying market opportunities and sharing customer feedback
• Supporting the wider team wherever required

Experience in trade sales, construction, building products, glass, fencing, hardware, manufacturing, warehousing or distribution would be highly regarded. However, the right attitude, initiative and willingness to learn are just as important.
