• Manage a western-based portfolio with minimal legwork, with routine inspections and condition reports already covered
• Final inspections are the main hands-on task, allowing you to focus your energy where it counts

North West

• Premium portfolio of approximately 180 to 185 properties, backed by long-standing landlords
• Confident using Property Me and Inspection Express
• Strong leasing and admin support, allowing you to focus on what matters

• Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm + 1 in 2 Saturdays, OR
• Monday to Thursday, 9am–5:30pm with Fridays off, plus every Saturday
• Car allowance included, on top of a competitive package
