About Us

Booth Transport is a dairy transport company moving milk from farms to processing factories. We're looking for a reliable Milk Loading Operator to join our Gooloogong depot, keeping our tankers loaded and our drivers moving.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for loading milk into our tankers so our drivers can get it on the road and deliver to the factory on time. This is an early morning start role, working 10-12 hour shifts on a 4 days on / 4 days off roster — we've built the roster this way because work-life balance genuinely matters to us, giving you consistent, predictable blocks of time off to recharge and enjoy outside of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate loading equipment and connect/manage hoses and pumps to load milk tankers

• Carry out pre- and post-loading checks, including hygiene and sanitation procedures to food-grade standards

• Complete accurate load documentation (volumes, temperatures, dockets)

• Liaise with drivers and schedulers to keep loading on schedule

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work site

• Follow all WHS and food safety requirements

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and punctual, comfortable with early morning starts

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling

• Forklift licence highly regarded (or willingness to obtain one)

• Experience in dairy, food handling, or a loading/logistics role is a plus, but not essential — full training provided

• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude

• Own reliable transport to the Gooloogong site
