Gutter Guard Installer is a growing, premium installer of high-quality gutter protection that keeps leaves, embers and pests out of people's gutters. We are not a call centre and we are not a door-knocking outfit. Every lead comes to us through our own advertising, which means the people you speak to have already researched us and asked for a quote. Your job is to convert genuine interest into won business.

The role

This is a senior, in-house closing role for an experienced phone salesperson. You will own the customer relationship from the first call through to a signed job. You take the warm leads that come in, understand what the customer needs, guide them to the right solution, handle the objections, and close.

You are not cold calling and you are not chasing strangers. Every lead has already enquired. You will also have your own assistant preparing all of your quotes, so your time goes where it counts, in front of customers and closing deals. The commission is uncapped, so the more you close, the more you earn.

What you'll be doing day to day

- Calling and following up warm, high-intent leads while they are still engaged

- Running the full sales conversation with confidence, over the phone and in writing

- Directing your assistant on quotes, then following each one through to a decision

- Managing your own pipeline and hitting agreed targets without being chased

- Keeping your leads and activity accurate in our CRM

- Consistently converting at a rate that reflects the quality of the leads

What we're looking for

- A proven track record closing sales over the phone

- Genuine skill in objection handling and the confidence to ask for the sale

- Someone who follows up relentlessly and lets nothing slip through the cracks

- Comfortable being measured on results and rewarded for performance

- Self-managing, organised and reliable, you run your own desk

- Confident with CRMs and quoting tools

- Australian working rights
