ABOUT THE ROLE
Backam Group is currently seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a leading manufacturer of premium aluminium building and architectural products based in Minto, NSW.
📍 Location: Minto, NSW
💰 Pay Rate: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour + Super
⏰ Shift: Day Shift
📅 Employment: Ongoing Casual Opportunity with Temp to perm opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment with a reputable manufacturer operating a modern production facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Powder coating aluminium products and components
• Surface preparation and pre-treatment processes
• Hanging and unhanging materials on production lines
• Conducting quality inspections on finished products
• Maintaining production targets and deadlines
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• General workshop and production duties as required

ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced Powder Coater who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and maintaining safe work practices.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
✔ Previous powder coating experience
✔ Manufacturing or production environment experience
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality control
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Good communication skills and reliability
✔ Current driver's licence and reliable transport
✔ Strong commitment to workplace safety
