WHO WE NEED
Experienced Barbers Only: Minimum 3-5+ years in a professional shop
Availability: Must work Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Skills: Expert scissor & clipper work, styling, beard trims & customer service
Work Ethic: Punctual, professional & team-oriented
Presentation: Well-groomed, polished, and professional
Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa with unrestricted work rights
💡 Bonus Skills: Hair colouring, bleaching, treatments, and facial waxing
YOUR ROLE
Precision Barbering: High-end haircuts, beard trims, styling & grooming
Client Consultation: Personalised hair care & product recommendations
Luxury Services: Hot towel treatments, steam facials & premium bar service
Commission Sales: Promoting the sale of products to clientele
Appointment Management & Rebooking's: Using Fresha booking system
Workplace Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & sanitation standards
