Our client is Australia's largest water and waste management company, employing over 200,000 people worldwide. This prominent firm supplies water to more than 100 million people annually and significantly impacts the energy and resource management of our city. Due to the high volume of work, they are now looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team based in Wetherill Park on a full-time basis.

• Serve as an essential administrative support point, managing daily email correspondence and handling routine internal and external inquiries.

• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into operational databases and tracking systems.

• Handle scanning, indexing, and uploading transport dockets, job sheets, and compliance paperwork.

• Maintain clean digital record archives and support the site management team with general office tasks.
