Digital Marketing Specialist

The role

This is a hands-on, do-it-yourself digital marketing role for someone who lives in the detail across the full funnel. You'll own our paid, email, SEO and analytics end to end — building campaigns, writing the copy, pulling the reports, and iterating. You won't be managing a team; you'll be the specialist who makes the channels perform.

What you'll own

• Paid media — Google Ads including Performance Max and Search, plus Meta. Build, optimise and scale campaigns against ROAS and revenue targets.
• Email & CRM — own our Mailchimp program end to end: automations, segmentation, campaigns and list health.
• SEO — technical and content SEO across the BigCommerce catalogue to grow organic revenue.
• Analytics & reporting — GA4, attribution across channels, and clear monthly reporting on what's working and what's next.
• Conversion — CRO across the storefront: landing pages, product pages, and the path to purchase.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years hands-on across paid, email, SEO and analytics — ideally in eCommerce or B2B.
• Demonstrable results running Google Ads (PMAX and Search) and Meta to revenue/ROAS targets.
• Strong GA4 and attribution skills; comfortable turning data into decisions.
• Experience with a major eCommerce platform (BigCommerce a plus) and email tools like Mailchimp.
• Self-directed, commercially minded, and happy owning outcomes without a team beneath you.
