We are looking for an experienced and people-first Sales Manager to lead our Internal Sales team at our Laverton North head office. This is more than just a leadership role - it's an opportunity to shape culture, build capability, and create an environment where your team genuinely thrives.

You will be a hands-on leader who sets the standard, brings energy to the floor, and knows how to get the best out of people. By fostering strong morale, coaching individuals, and leading by example, you'll drive both performance and engagement - because you understand that great results come from great teams.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Internal Sales team, creating a positive, motivated and accountable culture.
• Be present and hands-on-coaching in real time, supporting your team, and leading from the front.
• Build team morale and engagement, celebrating wins and creating an environment people enjoy being part of.
• Drive sales performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved and exceeded.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers while supporting your team to deliver exceptional service.
• Identify new opportunities and guide the team to grow market share.
• Use data and insights to coach performance, track progress and continuously improve results.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This office-based role works Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm from our Laverton North head office

You will bring:

• Proven experience leading an Internal Sales or high-volume sales team (hire or capital equipment highly regarded).
• A strong coaching mindset with a passion for developing others.
• The ability to build trust, lift morale and create a high-energy team environment.
• A hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style.
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
• Experience working with KPIs, sales metrics and performance reporting.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Solid systems knowledge across CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
