Personal Assistant Urgently Needed - Real Estate

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Personal Assistant to join our team and help coordinate day-to-day operations for a small team of high-performing of real estate agents at LJ Hooker Property Partners.

No previous real estate or PA experience is required! We provide complete, hands-on, on-the-job training. If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we will teach you everything else you need to know.

About You:

·       Great communication skills and proficient in English

·       Excellent phone skills/telemarketing experience

·       Extensive experience in customer service

·       Mature and professionally minded, with a passion for customer service

·       Available to work Saturdays

·       Attention to detail and ability to work at a high performance level

·       Always on time and professionally presented

·       Positive and outgoing attitude

·       Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office

·       Proficient at managing social media platforms

·       Own car with valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities:

·       Providing general administrative support to a small team of agents.

·       Assisting with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.

·       Organising client documents, entering data, and maintaining systems.

·       Preparing marketing materials and listing admin.

·       Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and client enquiries with professionalism.

·       Assisting with day-to-day team coordination and errands.
