MASP
About the role
As the Reception & Administration Trainee, begin and develop your administrative skills in a supportive and community-focused environment.
MASP is a not-for-profit organisation located in Swan Hill, Victoria and is seeking to fill a 12 month full-time temporary trainee position.
Located at our Swan Hill office and working in front-of-house reception, this position offers a dynamic opportunity for an individual seeking to begin and develop their administrative skills in a supportive and community-focused environment.
As a member of the Corporate Services Team, the Reception & Administration Trainee will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere by greeting clients and visitors in-person and over the phone. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, the Trainee will engage in a variety of general administrative tasks. The role includes maintaining office supplies and ensuring the reception, kitchens and office areas remain organised and inviting. Over time, duties will expand to encompass higher-level administrative support across our various programs as the Trainee becomes more confident and familiar with the organisation.
The role may require occasional travel to other MASP locations to attend training, meetings, or other work-related activities. From time to time, overnight stays in Mildura may be required to support operational and learning opportunities.
This 12-month traineeship offers on-the-job training and structured study for a Certificate III in Business.
Expected commencing salary of $56,074.91 per annum plus statutory superannuation. Because MASP is a non-profit organisation, you also have the option to maximise your income through salary packaging.
