Real Estate Sales Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at one of our flagship Sydney display suites. This is a career-building opportunity to work alongside an experienced on-site Sales Manager and gain hands-on exposure to the dynamic world of residential apartment sales.

As the first point of contact for prospective purchasers, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless and professional customer experience. You will support the day-to-day operations of the Display Centre while contributing directly to sales outcomes.

• Professionally welcome and assist prospective buyers with enquiries

• Capture, manage and follow up on sales leads in a timely manner

• Maintain exceptional presentation standards of the display suite and sales office

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager

• Ensure every client interaction reflects the Meriton brand and service standards

• Polished, confident and professionally presented

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented

• Genuinely interested in property and sales

• Driven to build a long-term career in the real estate industry

• Current NSW Real Estate Certificate or Real Estate Licence

• Full Australian working rights

• Availability to work five days per week, including weekends (10:00am–5:00pm), with alternative days off during the week
