About the role

Are you ready to hustle your way to the income you’ve always dreamed of? This isn’t a role for the faint-hearted or those looking for an easy ride.

If you’re hungry for success, willing to grind, and ready to reap the rewards of your hard work, we want to hear from you.

Starting with a strong base salary of $80,000, you’ll have the potential to earn $480,000+ per year by closing as few as 10 deals per quarter.

Early on, you’ll need to adapt to new systems, put in the effort to build relationships, and work hard to close deals.

But once the momentum is there, and your pipeline is thriving, the rewards will flow.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

A proven track record: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in new home construction sales is essential.
A hustler's mindset: You’re driven, motivated, and ready to do what it takes to succeed.
Finance knowledge: Understanding home-buying financial processes is highly desirable.
Client-first focus: Deliver exceptional service and guide clients to their dream homes.

The grind early, rewards forever:

Success in this role requires effort upfront. You’ll hustle to learn the systems, nurture leads, and build trust with your clients.

But as your deals close and your client relationships grow, you’ll create a self-sustaining pipeline that keeps rewarding you.
