The Health Specialist will support the implementation of Group and site wide health and hygiene standards, systems and programs. Providing leadership in Health on-site.This role is ideally based in our Brisbane CBD Office. This role is a 15-month contract opportunity. Some site travel may be required.What You’ll DoA shared vision and commitment to industry-leading health programsSupport and subject matter advice to Operations in the execution of WHC H&S processes and strategies such as injury and health management, and fitness for work.Facilitation of health improvement strategies.Improvement of health outcomes through the implementation of new methodologies.Support Operations with the implementation of the fitness for work, health surveillance and injury / illness management programs.Build close and supportive relationships with Operations, ensuring best practice health management is championed and prioritisedWhat You’ll BringThe successful applicant will possess strong leadership and organisational skills and a commitment to improving workplace health and hygiene practices.
