We are an NDIS Registered Behaviour Support provider committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred services. As our participant base grows, we are seeking a reliable and detail‑focused Administration Assistant to support our intake, onboarding, and compliance processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, can manage multiple administrative tasks, and is confident working with numbers, funding allocations, and NDIS documentation.
About the role
The Administration Assistant will play a key role in ensuring participants are onboarded smoothly and that our internal systems reflect accurate plan and funding information. This supports our ability to deliver services efficiently and in line with NDIA requirements.
Key responsibilities
Manage participant onboarding, including collecting intake forms, coordinating risk assessments, and preparing and issuing service agreements
Update CRM and internal systems with participant NDIS plans, funding allocations, and key dates and service delivery requirements
Communicate professionally with Support Coordinators, nominees and guardians, and participants
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with NDIA and NDIS Practice Standards
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the Behaviour Support team
About you
Previous experience in administration or intake coordination
Strong ability to work with numbers, funding amounts, and plan budgets
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Word, email communication, and general technology
Ability to quickly learn new systems, including CRM
Understanding of (or willingness to learn) NDIS compliance requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Completion of the NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
