About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised NDIS Administration Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our registered NDIS provider.
This is a varied and hands-on role supporting participant intake and onboarding, staff onboarding and compliance, documentation, record management, and general administration.
You will work closely with directors, participants, families, staff, and external providers to ensure our administrative and compliance processes are efficient, accurate, and up to date.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, enquiries, and general administration
Coordinate participant intake, onboarding, service agreements, and required documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records and files
Coordinate staff onboarding, induction, and compliance documentation
Monitor staff compliance including NDIS Worker Screening Checks, Working with Children Checks, licences, qualifications, and training
Follow up outstanding participant and staff documentation
Assist with compliance checks, audits, incident records, and document management
Provide administrative and scheduling support to management and the wider team
Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and other administrative documents
Liaise professionally with participants, families, guardians, nominees, staff, support coordinators, and external providers
Maintain a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism
Assist with improving administrative systems and processes as the organisation grows
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, proactive, and detail-focused, with a strong understanding of administration within the NDIS or community services sector.
You will be:
Experienced in NDIS, disability, healthcare, community services, or similar administration
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with participants, families, staff, and external stakeholders
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Proactive in following up outstanding tasks and documentation
Professional, approachable, and committed to providing high-quality service
Confident using administrative systems
Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
Previous experience in administration, intake, onboarding, or coordination
Experience within the NDIS, disability, healthcare, aged care, or community services sector
Understanding of NDIS participant and staff compliance requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working with Children Check
Current Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle
