Team Leader - Novated Administration

We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader - Novated Administration to lead a high performing team of Sales Administrators and Settlement Officers within a busy novated leasing environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting your team to deliver accurate, timely and high quality outcomes for customers, while ensuring key targets, processes and compliance requirements are met.

Lead, support and motivate a team of Administrators and Settlement OfficersCoach and develop your team to achieve key performance targetsProvide regular one on one support, team meetings, training and coachingCoordinate the day to day activities of the team and ensure a consistent level of serviceSupport continuous improvement and look for ways to make processes more efficientOversee the acceptance of vehicle orders and manual payments where requiredPrepare vehicle management contractsEnsure documentation and processes are completed accurately and in line with ORIX policiesProvide support to the Head of Novated Leasing as requiredStep in to support the team during periods of leave to keep things running smoothly

Experience leading a high volume administration teamA strong track record of coaching, training and developing peopleExcellent customer service and problem solving skillsA passion for continuous improvementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsThe ability to work confidently in a fast paced environmentNovated leasing experience is desirable, but not essential
