Team Leader - Novated Administration

We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader – Novated Administration to lead a high performing team of Sales Administrators and Settlement Officers within a busy novated leasing environment.  

You’ll play a key role in supporting your team to deliver accurate, timely and high quality outcomes for customers, while ensuring key targets, processes and compliance requirements are met.

• Lead, support and motivate a team of Administrators and Settlement Officers
• Coach and develop your team to achieve key performance targets
• Provide regular one on one support, team meetings, training and coaching
• Coordinate the day to day activities of the team and ensure a consistent level of service
• Support continuous improvement and look for ways to make processes more efficient
• Oversee the acceptance of vehicle orders and manual payments where required
• Prepare vehicle management contracts
• Ensure documentation and processes are completed accurately and in line with ORIX policies
• Provide support to the Head of Novated Leasing as required
• Step in to support the team during periods of leave to keep things running smoothly

• Experience leading a high volume administration team
• A strong track record of coaching, training and developing people
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
• A passion for continuous improvement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to work confidently in a fast paced environment
• Novated leasing experience is desirable, but not essential
