Membership Consultant

Our Glebe Tramsheds club is seeking a sensational, vibrant, driven Membership Consultant that can contribute their drive, passion and energy to help promote the growth of our club.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous Sales background

• A proven track record of sales targets being consistently met

• Self-motivated

• Outstanding customer service

• Exceptional communication skills

• On point time management skills

• Competitive nature with a proactive attitude and drive to succeed

Duties will include:

• Meet and greet potential and existing members

• Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

• Lead Generation

• Developing relationships with local businesses

• Drive marketing and advertising campaigns

• Making outbound calls to new and prospective customers

• Providing a positive customer experience for existing and potential new members

The successful applicant will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support. You will be rewarded with a base wage + generous commission + free gym membership. Your earnings are up to you!
