Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position

• prepares a wide variety of foods such as vegetables, spices, meats, salads, seafood, etc in accordance with prescribed recipes
• utilise the full range of cooking methods
• test foods being cooked for quality
• provide high quality food and service
• respond to orders in a timely manner
• manage ingredients and supplies for your station
• collaborate with colleagues regarding menu preparation
• supervise and training junior staff
• comply with hygiene, and health and safety regulations

Qualifications and Skills

• relevant qualification or equivalent work experience
• proven experiences in a similar role for minimum two (2) years
• food safe qualification
• demonstrated knowledge and experience in food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards
• ability to work as part of a small team and under limited supervision
• available for a seven (7) day roster
