About the role

Molloy Island is a 413 acres residential development, located in the Augusta/Margaret River region on the junction of the Blackwood and Scott Rivers. It is a peaceful and secluded residential development with no commercial business, surrounded by water and stunning bush scenery. Access to the island is by a cable driven 4 car barge. Employment is from Tuesday to Saturday, 8.00am — 5.00pm.

Key responsibilities

• Operation of the barge from 8.00am — 5.00pm (Training provided)
• Maintenance of machinery and Island infrastructure
• Management of the Molloy Island Home Owner's Association Office
• Working with the MIHOA Committee and local shire to manage the Island

About you

• Mechanical skills or general maintenance experience essential
• Administration and office management
• Good bookkeeping skills including MYOB or something similar
• Excellent computer literacy
• Excellent personal communication and community minded skills are vital for both applicants
• National Police Clearance
• LR or HR license an advantage but not essential
• Current first aid certificate for at least one applicant would be an advantage
