Specsavers Optical Group Ltd is a British multinational optical retail chain, which operates in the UK, Ireland, Australasia, and the Nordic countries. The locally owned retail stores are run by qualified and experienced optometrists & audiology professionals whose priority is to offer quality eye and hearing care.

About the role:

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Provide inbound support for Specsavers stores across Australia.Manage customer bookings, reschedule/cancelling appointments.Be an exemplary representative of our client Specsavers.Commit to consumer advocacy and deliver great outcomes for both the consumer and Specsavers.Handle consumer communication enquiries and providing them with a highly personalised experience throughout.

About you:

Previous Contact Centre experience highly regarded.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated, have a positive attitude and are a team player.Ability to think on your feet.Strong computer literacy.
